Channel your inner child

It's the long weekend, and we decided to use our extra day to take the kids to the Children's Museum. Nalini is staying awake for long enough periods of time that venturing into the city is a real possibility for us again, so we gathered up the gang and packed into the car on Sunday morning at 9 am (hey, we were up, so we might as well beat the crowds)!

Sonali had a great time in the "PlaySpace" for kids 1-3 when we went in Dcember 2006...

And this time, Nalini got to enjoy the same fun!

All of us were chasing the kids, especially Sonali, around the museum as they explored all of the interesting exhibits, but the bubble exhibit was a hit with the whole family, including the grown ups! I didn't get the biggest bubbles in a photo, but Sonali and J were wowing the crowds with their mad soap skills. Nalini was having fun splashing in the soapy water and attempting to blow bubbles of her own.

As we head into the colder months, it will be fun to explore some of these fun city activities with our girls....if we can keep up with them!!
