Holy batman, that was a long break!
Sonali had another dance performance - she loves having chances to perform.
We went on our first real get-away in three years to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. It was lovely.
Here's the girls checking out the pool as soon as we arrived.
This is what it feels like to arrive at the beach on your birthday, eat all your favorite foods at dinner, and return to your room to find it filled with balloons and chocolate cake.
This is on the way to a gourmet dinner with Grandma.
Sonali found a huge patch of conch shells in the ocean, and Jason picked one up to show her. See the conch peeking out?
Beachy grins!
We had an oceanfront breakfast every day.
Before we knew it we were back home, but the good news is that we got to hang with Jishumama, Richamamima, and Mila!
Cousin bonding time!
Two generations.
...but she was more than happy to express her desire to be a computer scientist when she grows up!
Hope you enjoy the pictures!

Looks like a very nice vacation. Love the picture of you and Sonali in the pool. It's too bad you guys had to come home to ... oh, a pool. That must of sucked ; )
Oh, I do enjoy your pictures! What a lovely place you were at in Mexico, and I loved your birthday room with pink balloons! Everyone just looks great; I especially loved the picture of the cousins and the two generations!
I love all the pictures!
Mila looks cool by the pool
with her hat on and a foot
on the surfing board.
Seems like she is getting ready for it.
