Saraswati Puja

This weekend, Sonali, Jason, Pantu Mashi, and I celebrated Saraswati Puja, a festival honoring the Goddess of Learning which is a very important holiday for Bengalis worldwide. Sonali modeled her new clothes from India (thanks Didima, RichaMamima, and JishuMama!) and admired herself extensively in the mirror before heading out to the ceremony.
