Mini me

Sonali has been growing at an amazing rate, and she always wants to do whatever we are doing. Lately, she's been pitching in around the house. She loves to do the laundry. As she puts each item in the washer, she even annouces who it belongs to.

Sonali also has really enjoyed grocery shopping. Our neighborhood store is a small town kind of grocer. They have kid size carts, and Sonali loves pushing hers around the store, choosing things to buy, and asking for them to be placed in her cart. Luckily, the stuff she selects is usually food that we stock around the house, like milk and orange juice...except for the Patriot's football balloon that she simply *had* to have! (Not to worry, she forgot about it by the time we got to the check out.)

We had a really nice long weekend, and imagine Sonali's joy when she got a surprise visit from Didima!



We spent the weekend visiting friends from Sonali's school, entertaining family friends, and relaxing at home. It's back to school already, and we're hoping for snow soon!
