Hatnapper Busted!
Sonali Fiorillo, 1, is seen here shortly after being apprehended by the Wellesley Police for Hat Theft and Impersonating an Officer. As she was brought into the squad car, the young tyke said "Moo." While most thought she was commenting about the arresting officer's paunch (not shown), this clever reporter realized that she was actually sending a coded message to her posse, the Fuller Brook Gang. This one is definitely going to require so additional explanation.
The police came to our neighborhood block party Sunday and let all the kids climb in the car. We also rented an ice cream truck to hand out free ice cream to all kids and adults. It was lots of fun!
